I have used this company several times this year and am delighted with quality of personalised cards and also flowers. Customer service and reliability are splendid. I shall continue to use Moonpig. And they often have special deals too!

Endless emails and letters over 3 months, most went unanswered. Eventually some good response from complaints dept, though issues STILL not resolved. Conflicting info from different departments. Will be changing to a smaller company once issues are finally resolved...

“Late delivery”

I have not used this company before. Ordered well in advance for poorly friend's birthday on 2nd June. They eventually arrived 3 days later. No response whatever to THREE emails asking what happened, and also asking for my money back so I can buy locally and leave on doorstep (Covid-19).
