I just received an Email back from "presto photo" after a problem I have with photobooks.pro (obviously, same company or affiliated business), their customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
I have ordered two books 5 days apart from this company.
They BOTH arrived 20 days later at the same day. When I contacted them they won't let you talk to a person everything is done via text and very NOT PERSONAL.
I will never do business with them again. VERY SLOW AND BAD SERVICE!

As discussed multiple times, the issue with your order is that you chose the slowest and cheapest possible shipping method and made no mention of a shipping deadline, even though we explicitly request such information during checkout. Additionally, your second book had formatting issues that had to be fixed, else your cover text would have been chopped off.
To review, your orders were placed 2 business days apart (1/31 and 2/4), and shipped 2 business days apart (2/7 and 2/11). They arrived in 6-8 business days, exactly as we state on our site. They arrived on the same day due to sorting efficiencies by USPS because, again, you chose the cheapest and slowest shipping method possible.
Had we been notified delivery was time sensitive, we would have offered a shipping upgrade to accommodate the deadline. We did everything exactly as you asked in your order - produce a book quickly, and got it to you with as little shipping expense as possible.
