I used to be such an Sephora fan! The last 5-6 orders have always been missing samples that I have selected. Instead of substituting, they don't send anything and no explanation. This is especially ridiculous considering there is a section where they ASK YOU to take the time to select what you want. Not to mention the rewards bazaar often has one or two items to choose from vs years past where there were at least a dozen. Can't wait for Ulta to come to Canada and definitely good that Shoppers carries a lot of the luxury brands I now love. Sephora has stopped caring about its customers.

I am shocked- Shoppers Drug Mart has always been a solid, reputable brand in my eyes. My first order with their online service (which they are really pushing customers towards lately) and I am MISSING ONE OF THE ITEMS. What's worse, is the itemized packing slip says it was included. Their online message submission form on their website hasn't been working for the last 2 days and when you call in to speak with someone, you are put on hold for 25 minutes. This is not ok. Online shopping is supposed to make everything more convenient and streamlined. Buyer beware.

I had an issue with Lulu's the first time-- and posted about it. Their customer service team got in touch and helped out-- indicating they wanted me as a return customer. So I did end up taking the bait and ordering again. My item has been "untrackable" since it cleared Canadian customs. I have contacted their customer service only to be told that they can't do anything on their end-- no responsibility to customers for ensuring the goods arrive? It has been 21 days since I placed the order- this is unlike any other experience I've ever had with an American retailer before. Will NOT be ordering again- and hope my goods arrive because it seems I have no options except to wait and hope.

I am a huge fan of loft, especially their curvy jeans. My recent experience trying to order and return with them has been beyond unacceptable.

Keep in mind, in a day and age where online shopping is the norm, and so many other retailers (US and international) offer shipping arrangements, WHY would a Canadian customer be ok with spending FIFTY DOLLARS to return items to the US? For contrast, Mango in Spain offers free shipping. Other retailers (express) allow you to use your own mode of shipping (so ground can cost around $20 it will just take longer). The worst part is- I wanted to exchange for a different size of jeans and this would mean not only a $50 return fee (on a $200 order), but I would have to pay for shipping for the new size. Nope. And no assistance from customer service with discount codes or waiving fees etc. Also, Canadian customers don't have a 1800 number to call so trying to discuss this with their customer service line cost me over $20 in long-distance charges! Customer lost for sure. Don't waste your time and support this retailer.

I was so excited to order from them. After two unsatisfactory purchases, I can tell you that the quality isn't there and return policy has lots of conditions that will catch you off guard. Their delivery takes forever. There are much better companies out there for glasses. Instead of focusing on customer service, their customer service reps are quick to point to their "policies" as a way out of dealing with their customers' individual concerns. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the grief.
