Some people want a job that they can give minimal effort and just work for a paycheck. These types of people need not apply at Vector Marketing. In my first 5 jobs in High School and College, I thought it was not fair that I could be more productive than others, but be paid the same.

Vector has some good incentives so that the people who work harder, can get higher compensation. This makes me smile. After working for several years with Vector, my advice is for people to make their own decision and not be influenced too heavily by others opinions.

Going through job interviews is always beneficial, even if someone is not a good fit the job they are applying for.

OMG. Indeed.com is a huge disappointment. They allow people with no business writing reviews to besmudge good companies and they seem to not care about vetting employers or job candidates.
