I purchased four fortified Yeast flakes and got free shipping. It was on sale for a pretty good price and apparently they didn't want to send it to me so they cancel the order after 8 days of placing the order. I say that because it was still available on their Web site days later. Did not reply to any of my emails except to cancel the order. They don't have a phone contact either.
By the way if you have ordered from them and have not seen any emails - check your spam folder. I have a Gmail account and that is where the emails went for me.
Had a problem with an order - Bonanza is useless for help. If the vendor blows you off Bonanza has no system to help you. My problem was ordered two different goji berries and got two identical packages - vendor says they are different and that was that.
