Gave me a free service for my cell phone. No problem, just cancel it if you don't want it. I came back to the same office a month later. Signs that say customer service, customer first, all over the store. I stood at the desk while three people, a guy and two girls, playfully ignored me. They were so eager to help me when I wanted to buy the phone. Finally I interrupted them. The man sighs. Can I help you? I said I want to stop this extra service on my phone. Oh, he sighs again, and writes a number down on a pad of paper. He holds it out to me and says "here. Phone this number." Hmm thought I, F you. So that's just another time Bell Canada (mobility in this case) lost my business. As I always say, they could have me for life. Why not treat me well?
