“Disappointing Experience with JemJem”

My recent encounter with JemJem was disappointing. The refurbished iPhone I ordered arrived with noticeable defects and battery issues. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. It's unfortunate, as I had high hopes for quality, but JemJem fell short of expectations. Not recommended.
