I am a previous purchaser of the mens wear from the site. It has had a history of exhibiting good quality and good value. Today I called the number on the site and a man answered - after a few questions related to a "check box" add-on on their product, the customer service representative, "I am done and moving on, and abruptly hung up" My mouse will never again pass over the product pages of JG2 - quality should stand for more than product alone; customer service (a simple phone call Q&A about about a 1.00 charge next to a product widget) does not justify the response received by this employee.
