After determining that their product was worthless and did nothing to clean teeth, I returned it via USPS and have a tracking number that confirms that they received the package on 5/19/21 at 8:40am. I have contacted them via phone but they never answer their phone and don't return my voice-mails. I am out over $100. These people are crooks! Avoid them and their garbage product at all costs!
I cancelled the day after I purchased the service and found out today they have been billing me for 3 months. Now I am forced to cancel my debit card to get rid of these crooks.
