Tried to call to transfer details of a dog which I had re-homed via a Local Authority) abandoned at private rented accommodation. No option of doing this on-line, no web-chat, no email address so tried to phone. After several minutes of press this for that and that for this was on the phone for 15 minutes with an awful repeated message thanking me for my patience (I was not feeling at all patient), I gave up. Tried to call back later, engaged signal. This organisation does NOT know how to communicate.
