When I went with Priceline on a trip to miami from Texas round trip. I was price gouged for an additional $70.00 on the rate they quoted me for for a carry on luggage that they insisted didn't cover the one bag. This should of been brought to my attention at first or I would of went elsewhere. I ever called them to ask what size maximum they would allow and they told me 9x11x I forgot the rest but I made sure the carry on was under that. When I called to address this issue. I got very unprofessional service with a rooster crowing in the background. Them hanging up on me three times and never wishing to make me a happy customer with the attitude we already got your money now shoooo! Will never use this company ever again and BEWARE if you are thinking you are paying one price and finding out it's costing 70.00 more!
Tip for consumers:
Know the full story before you book with them with airlines. Make sure if you are going to be charged for bags or not to determine the real price of the fare. It's very misleading to think your paying one rate for a full trip and not be allowed atleast one bag that you can even carry on. Ending up costing you an additional $70.00~!
