Paul sent me someone on a Wednesday and the transfer was completed on Monday! It would have been sooner if not for my Leasing Company. He was able to do all of this legwork for me by finding me a replacement tenant and save me a ton of money not having to break my lease! Especially for those of you that may be a little skeptical, this is legit - and it works!
