They will give you the run around. They will send you a email saying your order is messed up somehow and ask for a reply to refund or you wait for your right order. If you write back you won't get a response back. If you try to call them on one of the two numbers they have listed on their website one will just say call rejected and you will get a text from them saying the phone is down for maintenance and you just need to email them, the other number will just ring regardless of how long you wait. I waited 45 mins of nothing but the phone ringing.

I ordered a shirt and hat on May 20th and got my order number in a email confirmation after ordering. Here we are almost a month later and no info on my order. I can't even get a response to any of their "contact us" methods. I have tried calling and you just get a voicemail saying no one is there to pick up the phone and to just email them. I have emailed them 3 times, to only get the same automated email response all three times. On their contact us page to says to reach out on Facebook with their Facebook link. I have messaged them on there once and no response. I want to know when my hat and shirt are going to arrive that I paid $65 for.
