I initially had ProCreative Writers do four blogs for me they said they would be ready by the next Thursday, I had to call them back on the Thursday and they were mysteriously just doing them. This probably should have been my warning, however, they did a good job on the blogs. So, I hired them to do five assignments and they did the first although I had to stay on them for starters they have a problem with deadline dates as they did not meet it, and revisions were a problem as there were many revisions back and forth before it was accepted. After this first assignment they seemed to have disappeared I sent emails and tried phoning them and no immediate replies to either. The second project was a bust as they kept sending me the exact same one I kept rejecting. For whatever reason, they couldn't understand even when I kept sending them instructions and highlighting the changes that needed to be corrected. I finally did the second assignment and the third assignment on my own as I was trying to get a refunded from them. They kept stalling and saying they did the second assignment. I decided to try and work with them and have them do the last two assignments and they seemed eager to work with me. However, the lack of communication and me unable to get in contact with them was still apparent. This had been disgusted with them both in phone calls and in emails and still the same results. I finally had enough and threw the towel in after sending several emails and phone calls and no replies. I got a phone call from someone obviously with the company pretending to be a new company not knowing anything about ProCreative Writers except they had gone out of business. I went onto their website and clicked the chat button and the agent came on verifying the company ProCreative Writer and he even took my information and told me the name of the person who was supposed to be working with me and gave me several other names and phone numbers. Apparently, something triggered him as the chat went away suddenly. I called back the number of the person I spoke with and left a text message I informed them I was going to contact the States Attorneys' office for fraud. I WARN YOU. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF SCAM. BEWARE.
