My item was late so I decided to write the company an email which has been ignored. I called the customer service to explain my situation, but have been spoken to in a cynical and unhelpful manner. The salesman hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I thought I'll do a good deed, supporting small businesses, but there you go!
