Applied for 1 year visa and received a 1 year visa approval based upon current passport data including passport expiration date. Premise was I thought it was worthwhile to pay their fee plus 135USD more upon arrival to obtain a 1 year visa.
1 year visa was denied and I was only offered 6 months that cost 110USD. Now the 1 year means I must pay an additional 110 = 220 total instead of 150. I emailed them about this and they did not even offer to refund their 15 USD fee. They should not represent something if it is not true nor stand behind it, their word.
