I have a home loan account*******5776) in SBI bank of Paliskar branch, Indore. They insisted me to take SBI life insurance, all EMI payments should be deducted automatically on 10 th of every month.
They deduct my premium due whenever they want and they deduct irregularly. They need to deduct on 10 th of every month but sometimes they deduct before the due date.
Several times i tried to communicate with them, they drop the calls while i am talking to them and they never respond to emails.

Amazon is behaving like a crook, Amazon charges a huge amount to deliver an order to home but never delivers the order and Amazon insists the customers to raise a complaint against seller. I paid money to Amazon but Amazon is not taking any responsibility. There is no protection for customer money.
Why Amazon is taking delivery charges If we should fight with Amazon service provider.
I ordered a product (Order# **************106)in November to deliver to my home but I never received a product yet. But Amazon changed the order status to delivered.
Again Amazon seller people asking us to pay money to deliver to home.
What is the point to purchase a product in Amazon?
What is the point to pay delivery charges to Amazon when it's not delivered to home?

Ola charged me multiple times for one ride.
The driver took again 55 INR even I paid bill 55 INR from google pay, I showed payment screenshot still he demanded me 55INR again.
I paid total 110INR for 40 INR ride.
You people are making us fools for with duplicate bills.
Earlier also I booked Ola auto to pick me from Sher Lingam pally railway station, but Ola auto person refused me to pick up and he went with some other customers in front of me. Ola wasted my time and charged me a cancellation fee.
You people are playing around with us, this is such an unfaithful service.

Nalgonda bus depo staff is troubling the customers and speaking very rude to passengers.
They are giving wrong tickets to the passengers and making them to pay several times for the journey.
I took a ticket for Nalgonda to Hyderabad Journey on 10/07/2019, they charged me 110 INR and gave me a bus ticket. That time there was only one bus was on the platform, so i got in to bus after an hour ago bus staff told get off from the Bus and said i must take ticket again.

Again I went to the depo and inquired the depo staff then he responded to me very rudely. I took another bus again they charged me 220 INR for one passenger, that time also bus staff gave me worng bus ticket.
I paid thrice for one journey.
Please see the attached screens, tickets won't sink with bus number.

PNB bluffed me with attractive interest rates and offered me with a good loan amount. Once i became a customer to PNB, they changed their attitude. They promised me something and they gave me something else. They just cheated me.

I needed a loan for both place and construction.So I applied for a loan in PNB bank and i required 4600000 for both construction and for plot.
PNB people came to me and took my documents then they
Promised me to provide 4500000 as per my salary and PNB gave me initial sanction letter for 4500000 with 8.97% interest rate.
Once I gave them a processing fee, they gave me another sanction letter with less amount(3700000) and after some time they gave me another sanction letter with very less amount with high interest rate(9.20). And taking insurance premium for 4500000, even they are providing 3200000 Loan.

This is unfaithful service, how come sanction letter will be changed thrice.
And they are very rude, PNB staff doesn't know how to speak to clients.
They provide cheque to the honor before informing the customer. They take too much processing amount but they refused to provide acknowledgement for charges. PNB people insist the customer to come to the bank for every small thing, but they came to my office before i became their customer. Many banks come to the customers place and speak very polite with customers.

Sales people cross the clients and they don't even respond to clients emails then what kind of organisation it is. Even they don't provide you correct information and even client wouldn't know his EMI date as they don't provide
Any documents yet. Most of the banks inform the customer regarding EMI and responds to the clients emails.
It's very reckless service to not responding to client emails for ages.

PNB must approve the loan what they promise to the customer. They made me to change the sale agreement thrice, i lost money here too.

Processing fee is also not making any sense because customer is already giving cheques with15000 INR, than why customer should pay separately for 2750 INR cash for agreement between bank and customer. PNB is getting the business from me and why should i pay two different processing fees? PNB staff refused to provide acknowledgements for cheque and cash payment, it sounds illegal.

They don't know even know few English words and they are not unable answer for customer queries. Clients expect to get a call from PNB and Update.It's suspicious as PNB directly speak to the builder instead of clients.

I purchased an LG9KG Washing machine product no: Order# **************900, Amazon specified various product features/options on the site,
I was impressed with those features like restart, child lock and I bought that product as I trusted Amazon.
I got shocked when the installer installing the product, installer revealed that washing doesn't have a child lock feature.
Amazon displayed the wrong product details to attract customers and Amazon help care people are refusing to take the responsibility for their fault. The help center person insisted me to organize a Job card from their Vendor LG. Why should i fight with LG when i didn't buy it from LG directly.
Amazon should pay compensation to me as they bluffed me with the wrong product details.
They crossed me and insulted me very badly please see the attached screens.

Tip for consumers:
It's a good site to fight against the fraud Vendors/Service Providers, at least some other customer won't be cheated and won't lose money if we lodge compalints in sitejabber.

We sent a parcel from JPT, AP on 16th September and it reached Indore on 20th September but still they haven't delivered to my home address in Indore.

I phoned several times to Indore branch but they don't answer nicely, they are disconnecting the calls while I am talking to them and they said courier boy picked the parcel on 22nd but he never came to deliver.

Indore staff is quiet irresponsible, either they won't answer the phone calls or disconnect the calls during the customer is communicating with them.

I fed up to phone them, It's been days.

Everyday they are bluffing me they will deliver by evening since it came to Indore.

Hi There,
I ordered rakhi in floweraura, they promised me to deliver on 24th but they failed to deliver on 24th and postponed to deliver on 25 but again they failed.
Later they told me to track with e commerce people. They called me to collect after rakhi festival what is the point to collect rakhi after rakhi festival, even they couldn't deliver rakhi afternoon time of rakhi and no one answers in the customer care when we make phone calls.
This is people are just eating clients money and making us fools. They spoiled my festival time and my money.
