Great service with excellent products. Firstly about my thoughts concerning products of this brand. I use shampoo and conditioner from the Plumping series, which promised to make my hair more voluminous and thicker. I have thick stright and very long hair, that's why the problem with volume is the most important one, my hair is also very smooth and heavy and it does not hold any volume at all. So using this shampoo with conditioner for more than 3 weeks I cn say that these products are first one that really create volume and it lasts not only for 10 minutes after drying, but though all day. Of course the problem is that this shampoo is sulfate-free, so I use once a week shampoo with acids for deep cleansing effect.
And now about the customer service, which is the greatest among all customer service of the brands I have been ever used. They contacted me so quick, recommended these procuts which might be helpful for me and told about shipping and return service!
