Please be very careful if someone representing OOMA call you and promises you the world with numerous enticements. They are a bunch of crooks who are spoiling OOMAS reputation. They send reconditioned instruments and charge you arm and leg for OOMAS service with open ended Credit Card Information. They are very dicey, deal with OOMAS directly and review before you step up and reveal your Credit Card info. Just to save you money. Caller ID that you get is 'Intl Calling' maybe they have changed it!

Nightmare started by a call through a misleading caller ID: INTL Call tel: *******666, promising, using pressure sales techniques, a number of goodies including payback of some amount from OOMA-VOIP Subscription of about$66, plus a promise of free wireless phone etc...
This is typical Company from India which has little scruples in selling and spoiling the reputation of a good Company like OOMA.
As per their sales pitch, on which i got enticed a wireless phone was promised and lord behold what I got was a old refurbished instrument in a bashed up box.
Upon numerous calls to a lady by the name of Herman ( If its a true name) and their Manager Rajat, who stopped picking up his phone, its been over half a month and a replacement is still to come.
I would request my fellow subscribers to be beware of this sales pitch on behalf of OOMA and do not fall into trap that I did.
Please, if you need a VOIP, Company, call them direct and before that visit SiteJabber and confirm the authencity of the caller, specially ones from India. The only thing that these sales caller believe is in somehow selling the product by hook or by crook.
I was not sensible and got taken for a ride When contacted OOMA, I was advised that I should have checked them out and reviewed them before accepting their terms.
So please be cautious when you get a phone call from this sales group and hang up or tell them that you would get back to them. Then confirm their review before to accept as their call as usual is a pressure sales pitch and tactic, that is this offer is available only for to-day and then its Bye Bye...
Hope its not too late for many of you but my unfortunate experience may be of Help.

Back again to let you good people and readers of SiteJabber, that WISH is another list of ON_LINE buying company that should not be touched with 10 Foot Pole. Unfortunately foe me I ordered a Back Pack and this was charged to my Credit card instantly and then deep silence and no updates. When chased they shamelessly said they will process a refund and its still to come, over 3 weeks have gone by.
Please folks I suggest try and not to buy from FB Advertisement as FB is just entered in Money they can gauge from both these advertisement Companies and do not care about their readers. Save your self your money and check this great site out before you jump i and spend your hard earned money. Hope this helps to save you some money. Your input would help others like me too!

Hello Contributors and readers,
There is another player from China to be aware of! This store is called JOOM with very cheap prices, a Hint... I ordered stuff thank God it was for a small amount. There was no Acknowledgement to my Order even though the card was accepted and processed. When requested to know where the order was, Typical Chinese Chicken English and scripted response. The only credit, which is not much I can give is, no help at all, the response is prompt, that is why 2 Stars. So once again Folks be very careful and their order processing is very dicy. I am doubtful if I will ever see my Money or Goods. BEWARE B4 YOU ORDER... Any more of my fellow Contributors who had the same experience, Please?

I had ordered a Table Lamp from this Company, their seller was Preeti-Products. And within 3 weeks the off on switch malfunctioned and the response I received was simple sorry as this product passed a couple of days of Warrant period and flipKart cANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, So Gulp it and face the loss. All Indians beware, flipkart is loosing its reputation by having substandard sellers and they are not responsible, Typically like TMART and Likes of It.

Yes most of you readers are right, I blundered ordering from them on m card, the payment was made and they canceled my order stating that the payment not received where as bank already credited my account. PLEASE BE WEARY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OTHERWISE YOU LOOSE MONEY. AMAZON IS THE BEST BET Very Pathetic service and Chicken English. Read other reviews, from 'Sitejabber', before you buy from them. CAUTION, just found out that their site which accapts your credit card payment is very irractic and faulty, so be very careful when you make a payment, it may do funny things. Chinese after all. I just had a bad experience!

I am with you Phil, as I got the same treatment as you, same scripted response, out of stock and I ordered four weeks ago. Very poor response and no delivery. I hope unlike me and you, others read this and save their money. Please Please... Read review on this site before you commit your hard earned money like I did. BE VERY WEARY THIS SEEMS A HOAX. Again the pipe is not as claimed but attached to a Power Washer... Pathetic Company

This was my First time on Turkish Airline, flight (Business Class) dates being Nov 4th 2016 and return Feb12th 2017, Sectors, YYZ-ATQ and ATQ-MUM on th 4th Nov 2016 and return Mum-ATQ and ATQ-YYZ.
The 1st leg of flight was excellent and beyond expectation. The service of Both Ground staff and Inflight Crew was extremely Great. Every Whim and request was taken up with politeness and gusto.

The 2nd Leg... ATQ-MUM was a downer, showed very indifferent, maybe because of Indian sector. The service very offish, as if we were untouchables, and they crew was cold. May be India sector passengers are treated with step motherly treatment. This experience put a big damper, as I was spoiled in my 1st Leg. Why I do not know and even Airline could not answer my question.

Now comes the clincher, my flight on 12 Feb 2017 to ATQ with on ward to YYZ. The honest of ground staff specially the loader Mr. Umar on Business Class check in was most Honest person in India. Believe its very rare. While shuffling my luggage at the counter I left my IPhone and Samsung on the counter, without realizing it. Lord behold within a few minutes of sitting in the Lounge (EAST), I got a call from the ground staff that I had left my phones there and Mr. Umar had found them. He promptly came up and returned the instruments to me. That was the pinnacle of my Journey and even the step motherly treatment I got on this sector did not matter, I guess its the Airlines routine of giving this type of treatment to Indian Passengers on this leg of flight.

Flight from ATQ-YYZ was not at all as good as my fight on YYZ to ATQ sector. But the honesty of the ground staff kept me going...

Overall a Good experience but would suggest, even though we are not Caucasians, but treatment, whether Business Class or Cattle class, the treatment should be Good. This may and will spoil Airlines reputation. Staff need to trained and taught to be more cordial.

I have no Idea how many of you will go to Amritsar, India, though Holy of Holy of sites for Sikhs. After a horror experience with Jet Air Delay, worst Landings, Like landing on Air Craft Carriers, I reached this hotel after 12 hours delay.
Surprise of Surprise the car allocated to pick me up was waiting with Gujrant, the driver.
My Stay from Jan 20th to 24th, 2017 was very memorable and great, the service from Their Manager Mr. Amit, was fantastic. The service was at my beck and call and hospitality was Prime. Worth every cent That I paid.

Please do not go by location, but by the service. The room was clean and neat and serviced everyday.

The best part was the taxi with Tony, as my driver who was very knowledgeable and had tons of patience, (I am a Senior), he explained every aspect of Amritsar in detail and pains takingly showed and explained the History behind every holy point.

Very rare but in case you decide to visit. A numbers can be provided.

I am indebted to this Site and the posting I did and many other, that my order was expedited, and from now its my personal and sincere advise for the rest of the contributors to refrain buying from these Chines Companies whoes sellers have no scruples and are uneducated to respond in proper fashion. Simlar to Ali-Baba (forty Thieves). Order small ticketed Item so ther will be no regrets and still you guys will make money and your customers will not be stressed out! Very Sad and Pathetic Service.

Personally if It was me gain, I would hesitate to use this site for expensive items. The TNT Agency, in India, they have used to ship has denied that RC306990261NL tracking number exists in their records. or for that matter any other tracking number. My 2 cents worth be very careful and avoid high ticket Items. I still have to get the Item after 3 months of my order. Pathetic and Sad service by their sellers.Its difficult to trust them.

It is my personal opinion that one should be very careful while buying through these DHGATE, Ali etc... and order only small ticketed Items. The re-sellers are ruthless and illiterate, They have no concern for Customer Service and have not a clue as what it is? So please be wise and in small ticketed Items, if you loose, though any loss is bad, you only loose a small amount. BE AVIARY... Its still my personal experience that buy only small ticket Items as their delivery and response system is very poor and DO NOT HOLD your breathe. You will turn blue. Even though this issue is resolved but I had to pull by teeth to get to the bottom of this. Please pay heed to contributors to S.J site. These people have had bad experience. ONLY SMALL TCKET ITEMNS PLEASE, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SWEAT IT OUT. My 2 Cents worth. Thank you

It was unfortunate to have traveled by this carrier on 7th Nov 2016 flt 0311 at 1800, Mum-Delhi sector, I found very bad ground service as follows:
1. Having Booked early about 7 days ahead of time on-line no e-ticket was issued as result I could not check in online, system kept on failing.
2. Check in process was very at airport was extremely cumbersome and stressful.
3. Boarding was fairly smooth.
4. In-flight service was something to be desired, The in flight crew was like AIR INDIA very taunt and careless attitude.
5. Land was body jerking and a loud thud, as if the pilot was a new recruit and ill trained.
This air line is turning out to be a typical Air-India and with little attention to Customer Service. Word "SORRY" is loosely used without any meaning attached to it. This is not the service we expect from partner of ETIHAD. Sad and Pathetic.
If this type of service is continues this carrier will go down like King-Fisher.

I just received Car Duster From your seller, which was defective as the extension pipe had bigger diameter. It was just about $10.00. I raised a dispute and was call a cheater in his very bad English. I had bought stuff from you but have never be treated in such a manner. Henceforth I will not venture to get anything from you as you DO NOT wet your suppliers and I do not want a refund let your seller become rich and you can share the spoils, But you have lost a customer. Plus spoiling the reputation of China.
