Rude customer service reps. They ship merchandise not as described. Poorly manufactured. And when you want to return the item as not as described, you have to pay for return shipping *AND* pay a 18% return stocking fee.
Very demeaning as to why we didn't report the problem when the package was delivered at 10:32am when people actually have to punch a clock and work for a living.
It's an eBay for music. You have to know your seller. Look at the reviews of the seller to see if they accurately describe the product, and the grading is accurate.
Pretty much sums it up. After placing the order, and the bank paying them, the company claims not to have the manpower to ship your order in a timely fashion. You can't cancel the order. You can't get a refund. You can't get expedited shipping. 30-45+ minute waits to get to a CSR.
Won't even make that mistake again. NOT worth the hassles.
