I wanted to try the Vissentials Max BHB Keto Fat Burning Pills. I order and when confirmed email arrived it had double the quantity ordered. Price jump Almost $90.00. I waited for merchandise to arrive, 5 weeks later, I returned the package unopened. No refund showing on my statement. Another billing period no refund. I called the number listed and was told no product received. As The receipt from Post office had accidentally been thrown out I could only confirm I had returned order. After 5-6 phone calls they agreed to credit $113.00. Half of cost. Before the credit could even appear on my monthly statement Another Shipment arrived. WHAT the heck. I sent it back immediately. This time I screen shot the tracking number. I called in 4 weeks. What was the M__ number? Call Center rep asked me for I think it was MRA (?) number. I told rep it was on the outside of the parcel, however I had a Postal tracking number. All I could get from rep was, what is this? Number! No number no refund. I DID NOT take a photo of that number thinking tracking number was what was needed. That was why I paid extra postage to have proof of return. Not interested in Tracking number only wanted the MRA(?) number. After more calls with no product received answer from the rep, on my last call I was told the product have been destroyed. If you had product to destroy or throw out why was there no credit being given.
He put me on hold came back and told me I had gotten a credit already. Yes for the original order. NOT from the second shipment I had never asked for and had never ordered.
No you got credit. I asked him, ok I got a credit on August 18, and received 2nd shipment in September. How does that work? Back to the No Number No Credit. This same MRA or whatever those 3 letters are. So I have paid almost $300.00. REPEAT $300.00 for nothing.
DO NOT PURCHASE unless you can afford to throw money away.

When I started to investigate this company Google listing even says BEWARE WEBSITE ALERT. Wish I had know that before so I ordered.

I did not open any of the bottles I received as the order was wrong and I wanted my full refund so never even opened the package.

I placed an in line order with Maryina. No parcel. 4 weeks NO parcel. I sent email asking where my parcel was. Nice reply, sorry we will track and get it out. 6 emails, 4 with no reply and still waiting. I started doing some digging. Yup listed as SCAM. Company is listed as being owned by Fadel-Beatty Limited out of Ireland…. Just try to find that organization. Do not throw your money away on ordering from MARYINA

My step father applied for and received a Presidents Choice Master Card in April of this year. As he is a big fan of No Frills this was great. He received no 1st month billing. He called number on the card *******262 for help. This was mid May. "You are not in the system. I will pass this on the Supervisor". He asked where his 100,000 incentive points were. I can not tell you as Your Not in the System. I called at the end of May for his past due statements. NOT IN THE SYSTEM. I will pass this on to my supervisor. AGAIN! In 2 months PC Financial could not find 1 single competent data entry person to put this info in their computer system. Seriously. I would be hiring some new data entry people. Every 2 weeks Dad called in. Every other 2 weeks I called in to The supposed help line *******262. MID JULY a statement arrived. Dad checked it against what he knew. No points. Another call new PC Optimum Card was ordered. No Statement for August. AND Optimum card not added on to PC Mastercard. WTH! You've got to be kidding. Dad spoke with a 'supervisor' T…. Who he put on speaker phone. While not outright rude when points came up her voice turned cold and answers were very short. Dad explained the amount of calls, time on hold, unreturned voicemail messages. She said she would make sure original 100,000 incentive points were added and for inconvenience she would add another 100,000. Dad said thank you end of call. He sent an email re points and inconvenience T called dad and left VM to return her call *******775. When dad got ahold of her she said 'you agreed to this amount of points being given you. One Dad DId Not Agree to anything like that he said thank you. 3 other people listened to that call, which dad had put on speaker. So her attitude was uncalled for. No additional points awarded, no kind of compensation offered so why the call? To let off steam because to many Voicemails left?
You would think this was finally solved. SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE. There were charges on his statement he knew nothing about. From 3rd week in August to November 7 today still 'under investigation'. Dad is so tired of this Crap. He just wants to pay and cut up card. How many other Seniors have they done this to? To date:: Phone calls to PCMC financial

Transfers to 'Another Department' 14. Time on HOLD ready for this 84 hours. I repeat 84 hours. This just from July 21st, 2022. Even a letter to the Ombudsman to seek help was literally brushed aside. He was told between him and PCMC. The PC Financial Complaint Appeals *******377 yielded no solution or assistance. Think you are getting the picture. Dad has been trying since August to get credit for 2 charges from a Sex Store overseas. Told dad to kiss that money goodbye. This morning he made another call to try to get this off his statement. He was transferred 2, twice, ended up in Fraud dept who transferred him yet again to Investigation. You WONT believe this. Still under investigation. I think it is disgraceful a company of this size, that brags about 'family' values treats people in this way. Or is this just reserved for Seniors, majority on a limited pension, and who can't stand up to them re time spent on phone. How many hours on hold the wasted time. Our whole family is now involved. Dad is 82. Yes 82. We will take this on.
And none of us shop Extra Foods or No Frills now. And we tell everyone and anyone about this fiasco.

I ordered on line the Nuubu Foot Detox pads. 1, one package to try. The confirmation for order cam back with 4 separate packages to my account. I immediately texted and said STOP! The order is incorrect. I was told by a call Center rep, " I can't cancel the order it has already been placed. I said about 7 minutes ago. So I know it hasn't been shipped. Please correct order to be 1 package or cancel. Sorry Can not do. Order has been placed. Seriously So I get the privilege of paying for shipping to me and then I get to PAY to ship merchandise Back to their Receiving Dept. Be very very careful when purchasing from this group.

I bought a cat climbing/scratching play set from Walmart. Upon trying to put together I found 2 pieces missing plus the cover for the cat house. Of course my other half throughout out the receipt. No problem call ‘One Source'

You get Voice Mail Message. After leaving 4 messages and 3 texts with NO answer, I threw it out. That was not an easy decision. As a Senior money is tight. It was $110.00 plus tax.
DO NOT BUY from this company. You will regret it.

Bought a coat from Walmart online shopping. I ordered 1 size larger than usual Coat arrived in 6 weeks. Tags read 3XL. NOT EVEN CLOSE. My daughter is size 12-14, Fits her great. I contacted Walmart who sent my inquiry to Comicpower Inc. RESULTS
(Direct quote) we have low profit already. You keep the coat and we suggest to refund $5.00. OMG! Seems Walmart bought from Asian supplier. There is NOTHING on Walmart website to indicate sizes are NOT Canadian/US. Do not buy clothing if you are over size 12. SHAME on you Walmart. Untrustworthy shopping experience.

I get the Venus clothing catalog and liked the look of the trends in women's fashion. Spent $330.00. I went to Post Office to pick up parcel. $90.89 in DUTY owing. Holy crap. That was not mentioned in/on order form. Never shop there again. Quality of clothes ok nothing to brag about. HUGE disappointment

I bought 2 Panasonic phoes for my house. Model Number KX-TGDA20C. The message all full and I wanted to clear them. I called help line told I had wrong dept. Took my name and tel no 'tech' would call me back. 4 hrs later I emailed live chat help line. Again wrong dept. She would transfer me. What next appeared was a charge of $5.00 (refundable) with a fill in charge card number expiry date etc. Unless you fill it out your call won't proceed to technician. I phoned again only to be told office closed. What a waste if consumers time. Post correct info on line. Right up front tell people you charge to answer questions on your products. Won't buy from PANASONIC again.

I ordered on line from Wayfair, a recliner chair and a high back sofa. Received confirmation of order with tracking # etc. Got an email products delayed. Ok it happens new expected date to Calgary AB warehouse. 2nd email, Due to popularity delayed and new arrival date give. NOT impressed. Finally got recliner and sofa. Well made furniture. Had ordered a cloth recliner as we have cats, received a Leather chair. 2 round legs and 2 square legs. WHAT! Then the delivery people unwrapped the sofa. Holly S**t. Wrong colour, wrong style, wrong size. Oh and they couldn't take it back because they had no return paper work. I called and got a person in customer service at Wayfair. Very sorry, keep chair will credit account and will give you additional $350 for inconvenience. Because of this 350.00 I re-ordered a sofa. I know, I know, how dumb could I get. 1st customer service rep Miss C. Could not apply the $350.00 as they had already refunded me full amount for chair. NOT only that the $350.00 for INCONVENIENCE was taken off of full refund price for chair I gave to old folks home. CAN YOU SAY RIP OFF. Now my second order, you guessed it. DELAYED. TWICE again. Still waiting. Good luck to anyone who does order. Seriously think about 2-3 or even 4 times and then don't do it
