I also have many great support experiences there (unlike Heart Internet who I used to be with) if you ask Koddos to do something for you they'll just do it instead of pointing you to a page and getting you to do it yourself. Thank you for everything you do! In addition we have twice suffered DDOS attacks and they have been excellent in helping to resolve them. Many thanks - steady so!
