II have never experienced ordering online what I experienced with Vitamin World. The worst of the worst. Placing three times the same order and three times they come up with a lame excuse why they could not process the order. But the last one was the best. The bank rejected the order. This is the order they advised me to do by phone, because then for sure it would go well. The person on the phone even told me that the bank authorized it. So we could not believe that the bank rejected it because we new it was not possible. We still called the bank. Guess what. They never rejected anything of course. I wasted over at least three hours waiting and ordering and all for nothing. Please think twice if you ever want to order at Vitamin World on line. It is a waste of time. I even sent an email to customer service. They did not have the decency to reply either. So don't waste your time! It is not worth it.
