Our new Kobe Range hood is WAY too loud, does not suck sufficiently and horrible/zero customer service! Do not be fooled by their false claims: "so quiet... you won't believe it's on!" and "your satisfaction is our top priority". Lies! Worst purchase ever! Do not be suckered like I was. Our generic under-cupboard range was quieter and more effective than Kobe range - save your money! The connection points also have gaps.
