PROS: Employer promised monthly benefits, but I've received none.
CONS: Politics are rampant in this company. The management shows special treatment on some employees who follow them, and the rest are ridiculed and underappreciated. Poor business tactic, making false promises to clients just to gain profits. Moreover, the night shift with no break time allowed only creates an unbalanced work life. The project manager doesn't have a clear plan when it comes to project distributions since almost everyone is forced to get a project that is not under the specialization.
