Never use this site to buy hair extensions. I placed an order for hair extensions on the 27 December 2013. It says on the website 5-6 days delivery. After this time I emailed to be told delay due to the Xmas holiday period - no where on the website mentioned this I replied asked for a refund which I am entitled to... 6 emails later still no refund! They keep saying it's processing I still have the invoice, which states I paid for them through paypal... Anyone who uses paypal knows it takes a day at least for a refund it's now 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting! Stay away worst customer service ever!
