on 5/25/16I can't answer the specific question. I only know that my dealings with them was as dishonest as it could be and with no way to get the refunded amount that was supposed to be given.
I don't know how they are still trading... Very poor service ripped me off. No car no refund
I had problems with their customer service, eventually got my money back but took a while and that was in the USA. No idea on taking car to another country.
I agree with the previous answer which is you'll be lucky to get a car. I didn't! Their customer service is terrible. The woman on the phone could do nothing for me. Good luck. Would recommend you cancel if you can.
You will be lucky to even have a car reserved when booking through EconomyBookings. Read all the negative reviews, mine included. They are real life examples of what to expect. Where there is smoke, there is fire. This company will most likely rip you off in some way.
