Joind this site and deposited ( Which it allowed me to do. Then would not let me play my money or withdraw what I credited until I uploaded everything about my life. I will never ever play these disgusting money thieving sites again. They will never get my information.I would rather lose the money. Which is what they intended in the first place. Unfortunately BetVictor refused to close my account and refund the remains funds I had paid into it unless I uploaded a letter. I didn't have one which I explained tried to use a letter from the bank which wasn't good enough. Just seems pretty poor that they couldn't rectify this.

Avoid at all costs. So many other platforms out there to use.

I have accounts with Betfred, Skybet and Mr Q but as a higher stakes gambler I tend to reach my spend limits rather quickly so was looking around for other Betting firms.

BetVictor seemed like a good option so I opened an account and made a few deposits for a few hundred pounds. First issue was they didn't accept deposits from digital bank accounts so had to use my Metro Bank card which I don't really use anymore so had to transfer money over to make a deposit which was rather frustrating but not a big issue.

I made 3 or 4 transactions all over £100 a time and they didn't ask me for any further information, Withdrawals though is a completely different story. They are certainly happy to take your money and don't put any barriers up, Getting your money out is a mind field!

I have deposited and withdrew over 100k with other platforms (happy to send you this info BetVictor if you think I'm bluffing) and have never been asked for anything.

As soon as I made a withdrawal request they shut my account down and asked me to send more ID and banking information then my mortgage lender asked for.

One of the craziest things they have requested is a paper copy of the last transaction I made to them. Does this firm realise we are in 2024, My transactions all went through further security where I had to log on to my app and authorise the transaction to you. This then issued an authorisation code and transaction ID.

Why on earth would you need a paper copy of a digital transaction in 2024? This is just a ploy to withhold money for some strange reason. The way the have asked for the information just makes me think they try and make it impossible so people just give up and they keep your money.

I have most certainly given up and you can keep my money BetVictor!

Just so the public know they wanted to see a paper copy of the transaction with my name showing. This is impossible on the Metro App as when you click on the transaction you just get the details of that specific transaction, It doesn't show your name as that is on the main account page along with account number and sort code.

I have also sent them my driving licence, Passport, A selfie of me holding my passport to show it's actually me and told them what I do for a living and how much I earn. It's actually rather alarming that someone now has all this information about me, I have bought houses and cars and not been subject to this.

They still won't give me my money just to let you know and unless I get on a plane to Gibraltar and show up at their head office I doubt I never will.

So be warned, Unless your willing to bend over backwards, Spend hours and hours on live chat talking to a robot, Send them everything about your life and several bits of ID, Employment details, Earnings and Paper copies of transactions just to open a gambling account I would look elsewhere as this isn't the industry norm.

They will tell you this but all of the firms I named at the beginning don't ask for any of this.

I am a 53 year old and have been scammed out of £165 by Bet Victor. They are a smug, think they can do what they like company with awful customer service. If you have had problems with them join my group at *******@hotmail.co.uk and lets shame them together.

This is if not the worst poker site you could play at. Avoid it by all means. Even a top individual has openly condemned this site for online players. Do you self a favour and stay off. They have robot players and also continuously active live players as part of a large ring of players. They recognise each other and know who to take out. Keep off from this site and report them to the gaming commision if your withdrawals are held too. Spread the message lets root out these corrupt companies.
