“First of all they charged my Visa Debit more than what...”

First of all they charged my Visa Debit more than what the DVD's total price was, so I quickly called my bank and changed the card number. The customer service agent is only available at night in the live chat. Second, they take 3 days to answer an inquiry and they dont even answer your question. Third, the online chat and website is located in Florida, But the DVD's ship from Hong Kong, and your Visa is charged from Hong Kong. Forth, its impossible to track your order. Thank goodness I am only out $48.23. Stay away
