It is the second order from bygoods. With painfully slow shipping due to COVID, I thought my sexy nighty had been lost, but after several months, I finally received it today. I love the quality of the super soft material. The lacy bits aren't scratchy at all. It is sexy! The seller shipped it quickly, so it isn't their fault all the post offices worldwide have practically ground to a halt. I am very happy with this purchase. Once the world has returned to some kind of normalcy, I would shop with this seller again for sure.
My intent for writing this review is to warn the public about BuyGoods's lack of integrity. And to avoid any dealings with this fraudulent entity. I have been corresponding with them via email for several months in an effort to secure a sizable refund and their methods and strategies have become apparent to me. I purchased a product from Kerressetials.com on May 21,2023. I felt comfortable with the purchase since there was a 60-day trial with a full refund guaranteed. 7 weeks later, I contacted them via email and then telephone to request a full refund. I was told to send the product back and was given an address. No refund was forthcoming and a couple of weeks later I called to ask why. I was told that they had not received the product. I accepted their reasoning and proved they in fact did receive the product by producing the UPS tracking code. By this time, two months had passed since the purchase. They agreed to the refund and refunded only $ 3,48.00 to my debit card, not $990.00 for a full refund. When I called them, they told me I had to deal with BuyGoods for my full refund. BuyGoods has been extremely polite and prompt in their emails. Perhaps even obsequious. In many emails that went back and forth, they declared that the bank was rejecting their attempts to refund me. I therefore contacted my bank and notified them of the problem. My bank told me to instruct them to try again and it would not be rejected...BuyGoods supposedly attempted another refund unsuccessfully. At this point, I asked my bank for any proof that they rejected a refund. They stated that no refund was ever received other than the first one. I asked BuyGoods to send me a check but they told me their only way of refunding me was through the debit card. Here's what I have deduced: 1) After 2 months Visa doesn't allow for disputed charges. In my opinion, That's why my return of product "got lost." 2) Despite their polite emails, there was never a true intention to refund me and they fabricated a "company policy" which prevented them from sending me a check. 3) They dragged this out for 2 months hoping that I would just give up and disappear. 4) I have probably corresponded with at least six different agents, asking them to initiate a refund but clearly a decision has been made to stonewall me. I ordered a backpack from bygoods. Its a great backpack, I use it for school. It is cute! It has a protective laptop pouch and can hold a lot of items. Straps and material used for the backpack are heavy duty. It zips closed as well as buckles in the front so no risk of items falling out. Some of the stitching is sloppy, but otherwise it's a great bag for school, hiking. I will buy again from bygoods
Recommend buying if your interested in it overall. Good material for the price and came with all pieces included in the advertisement! Very sexy and cute! Very comfortable highly recommend super sexy and easy to put on. Very happy with my purchase.

I have ordered lingerie twice from bygoods. I was very impressed with the package I was received. When I took it out and looked at it my impression was that it was very attractive and well made. It surpassed ones that cost much more. I was worried that it wouldn't fit right. I tried it on and it was even more impressive in how attractive it looks. Even though I don't have a model's body it still looks great and is very sexy.It's well made and didn't fall apart. It wasn't uncomfortable at all. I might get another one or two.
Horrible customer service! They never replied. Didn't get my tracking number after 20 days of placing my order. Need it by Christmas and its just now sending me a tracking, wtf. Scam!

Do not order from Bygoods. I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov. 22, It arrived Dec. 28. When it arrived it was way to small even thought I ordered it larger than normal. In order to return it to China it would cost $700 on UPS. AT one point when I contacted customer service about the shipping time they said: "Make it a New Year's present and go get another gift." About the return" We will refund you $5.00. Go give it to a friend. Not our fault!" Do no order from this company!

I bought a backpack from bygoods. This is a very well made backpack. Color and design are attractive. Good price. I think it will last at least a year of daily school use.
There are some things that are better to buy locally, at a store and/or directly from the manufacturer due to better price. I really like the bag.
We ordered a winter coat from my daughter because it was a great deal. However we are still waiting for the coat after a month and after emails back n forth with them, they said they cannot refund my money (or won't). When I check the tracking, it hasn't moved at all!
Purchased a coat for a Christmas present on November 21 2016. Was given a tracking number and a promise of 8 to 21 days shipping. Did not see package until after 1/9/2017. I refused the package and contacted ByGoods for refund. All they offered as a refund of $5.00. They also said I could pay shipping back, but to not claim it is worth more than $20.00 or there would be tariffs. They did say that they would refund my money once they receive the coat. In checking tracking for this, the it shows the packages transit back to China, but stops on January 20. In China stating it is in transit to destination. Nothing further.
Also, I tried to apply a review for the product on the ByGoods site and found out why their reviews are so good there. You cannot publish any review that contains less than 4 stars. It just goes into the bit bucket.
