I was hesitant to buy here because of mixed reviews, but the prices were awesome, they offered free shipping even during this Corona nonsense for the amount I knew my order would exceed, and the selection was great, so I risked it. It started out fine, and I had a nice time browsing the site, but then I got an email that a few products of my large order weren't actually in stock. It was a little annoying, but the email I got was in perfect English, and was extremely apologetic and polite (and as I was dealing with Subway at the time trying to call me a liar and ignoring me, that alone was impressive). They switched the products out based on items I chose and quickly refunded the difference, and again apologized for the inconvenience. When I received the items, I got a cute and unexpected free makeup bag much better than any Ipsy bag, a free full-size product worth more than $10 and a nice pile of free samples. I literally was so excited and happy pulling out the free items from the box that I had to stop and take a minute. At least in my experience, it seems like this company really cares about repeat business and really isn't just trying to get every penny out of the consumer.

Use it if you have a big order of Kbeauty products. The shipping is then free, which really makes the prices better than most you'll find, and they are real, unexpired, untampered with products.

I have been a customer since 2016. My first shipment with them I was nervous and emailed when I didn't get my package (I expected a week, but it came in a month). Alex, the manager, reassured me it was on its way. Since then I have made many purchases - there has never been a problem with an order! As I am from Canada - packages consistently take 1 month to get here (I don't mind - the shipping fee is barely there). Last week, Alex emailed me to let me know one item I selected was unavailable and offered a refund or exchange for other item (refund difference)t o let me know before they ship it. From 2016 - 2021 (present), Alex has provided consistent quality service! I am so glad they were able to survive Coronavirus and keep Ibbi going. I am a huge fan and I hope to go to them for continuous years for my korean beauty supply!
Tip for consumers:
Canada shipping takes a month to come. Prices always cheaper than local stores.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered from them 8 months ago and never received my package. I have emailed them numerous times, but they just ignore it. The customer service is unacceptable. The claims that they "guarantee a refund if the package doesn't arrive within 45 days" and "reply to emails within 24 hours" are a massive lie because 8 months later and I still don't have a refund or response. Apparently others are having the same problem as me so do yourself a favour and just order from a different website that won't scam you out of your hard-earned money.
Ordered over several years and my purchases have always been great.
If there is a problem with my order, they'll let me know as soon as they can. A few times, an item I wanted was out of stock, and they offered to let me replace it with anything, refunded the difference and didn't charge me for shipping when my order dropped under the amount to qualify for free. ($70)
It's clear that they're doing their best to make sure their customers are happy. And to top it off, they put in several samples of their items. I think I've even gotten items for free once or twice...
The products have always been of good quality, and I've been happy with everything I've gotten. Sizes can be a bit small sadly, but likely there's a review that mentions it.
Overall, this place has treated me well, has great products and I plan on shopping with them in the future.
I ordered on Mar 16 and received the package on Mar 30, which is amazing and on top of all we got so many gifts with the order, I cannot even express how happy I am with all of them - samples of cleansing products, hair treatment, ampoules and a sheet mask (brag much :D) , everything is so nice and I can't wait to try them all out!

They always respond fast and resolve my issues. The prices are great and shipping is not bad. They have a wide variety and I've ordered too many times from them to not love them. Products are genuine in case you're wondering and I've been using my entire skincare line ordered from them since years. Thumbs up!
I have been sending emails for a while and I have not received a response from IBBI, I made a purchase of $118.95 in July 2021, it returned to IBBI and I asked to split the products into two boxes and send it back to me that I would pay the shipping, but no one responds. Please, let's solve this, I've always been a customer of yours IBBI, I thought you were honest.

I ordered 189.18 USD, and a little bit worried, because I thought I spend too much for the first time. It turned out I worried for nothing - they shipped my big order in two packages, and all of them arrived as they advised. It came with lots of samples, too! Highly recommended webstore.
When I visited this website I was very curious that price are too much lower than other store, I didn' tursted them from the first place but when I bought gift for oversea friend. I bought over $100 products for my friend and also ready to complain if it's fake product, but my friend which she is expert of korean costmetic said that all of products are all packed nicely and arrived quick!
Im not one of enjoy reviewing other stores even the restaurant but thsi sotre is highly recommand.

They claim to give you a refund and pay you 3 times the original price if you encounter fakes however I did indeed received fakes from this site. At first the customer service guy was very quick to respond but kept denying that the products are theirs lol
I've been ordering the dr jart masks for a really long time so I know what they smell like, and the ones I got at ibuybeauti are different in texture and smell than the ones from Sephora, the local Korean cosmetic store and other Korean websites…

Placed my order in May, 2020. I understand because of the pandemic it will take longer. In August when I still have not received my order, I wrote to their customer service, Alex Kim said they will look into it, and even told me to rest assure they will reimburse me if my parcel is lost. No reply or any updates from them after the last email. Till today, December, 2020, after numerous emails to customer service, no reply and still no parcel.
Have been shopping with Ibbi for a few years, all shipments arrived, but after this situation, I'm not shopping with them anymore. Broken promises and worse than horrible customer service. When they know they have to fork out the money to pay the lost parcel, they go incognito, just disappear and not communicate with the customer.
Goes to show the integrity of the company.
