-Very very Poor customer service.
-Numerous and frequent errors in listings.
-Systematic intrusivity during price negotiations.
-Bias in favor of sellers at the expense of buyers.
-Superficial reports and studies.
-Useless magasine.
-Whismical price-lists.
-No in-house auctions.
-No inventory link.
-No in-house diamond prices calculators.
Conclusion: pathetic and laughable imitation of Rapaport.
