Easy to order and great selection! Took a little while to receive my kitchen faucet handle kit from the manufacturer...but they kept me informed throughout the process. Looks and works perfect!

I ordered 4 water meters and paid with our Home Owners visa card. They said it was a fraud. That is a lie.

Ordered parts for my Moen faucet that were not available locally. OE parts at a great price fit perfectly.

I found it easy to order on the site. My order came very promptly - maybe 3-5 days after ordering. But when my repair man came, he showed me that some of the ridges on the cartridge were either missing or broken. I told him that I would return it, but he said that he would be able to make it work. It works, and my faucet is not leaking, but I sure hope that it lasts me for a while.

Good company to order from and saved me money on part. Installation of this part would be best left to experienced plumbing capable person.

I could not locate the part needed locally and other online vendors added exorbitant shipping fees. PlumbersStock was the way to go.

The most important thing while shopping at a supply store in my opinion is value. How much can I get out of my initial investment? Well, from what I've currently bought from them, I've gotten 2 years(still ongoing) out of most of the plumbing materials I've bought and they are still functioning. I've already made my money back in durability and quality. I highly recommend Plum

This company will send you broken fixtures than tell you you purchased shipping insurance and direct you a company that has no record of you or your order. You will go through weeks of this trying to get refunded and eventually you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid this seller or don't say you weren't warned. A total scam.

Almost impossible to contact Moen for a replacement part. On plumbersStock it was easy and fast. Received part in reasonable time.

I ordered 8 items. They took weeks to deliver 7 of 8 items. Then they billed me twice for the item that never came. They refunded one of the two charges for the 8th item, but never sent the 8th item. They kept asking for documentation (which I provided), till they said the order was too old and they could no longer honor the request for a refund or the item. Won't buy anything from them again.

Their site said a product that we needed for a client had a 1 to 2 week lead time. After no contact from the company about he order after 2 weeks, I called to check on it and they said it would be at least 4 to 5 more weeks and they really had no idea whatseovever when it would arrive. DON"T order from this site based on the lead times stated if you have a time frame! I'm not happy with that misrepresentation AND the lack of communication informing me of the actual lead time once ordered. Totally unprofessional!

Delivery was slightly delayed, but they let me know. The packaging was inadequate for the fragility of the product (20x30x1" filter air return). There was a small dent in the product when it arrive... not enough to send back.

Have always received excellent products, pricing and service from them. They are my first choice for everything they offer. Highly recommended!

The only place that I could find what I needed. Had some interaction with customer service & they were really helpful & very nice.

I have received two parts in error from from an order placed almost two years ago. Still not resolved. No returned phone calls. Customer service is virtually non existent. Never, never use plumberstock.com. I'd rate it a 0 if that was an option
