Great this time. Like I said I had score sense before and a misunderstanding force me to close the account. Requesting the 1st of each month please do not mess this up again.
This was supposedly a free credit score check but ended up being a monthly 30 dollar sub that is not worth the price paid. Also, you have to cancel by either calling or chatting online which is more of a hassle than it should be.
I've talked to two people. Both were excellent. Byron, my more recent expert, was just great.

It was a simple process and very complete. There were some items that were not accurate but I intend to get them corrected.
It was super easy and didn't take too much time as I thought it would. Just a few clicks and I wad in. Saw my results right away.

I just got off the phone with a ScoreSense representative, Albert, to cancel my subscription learning from my bank that I had been charged a monthly fee of $31.30 which I did not authorize for the last 6 months! I only responded to a Free 7-day trial ($1.00). Albert told me after our conversation that the subscription had been canceled and he would email me a confirmation number. I received only a survey to fill out, which I did and submitted but I did not receive the confirmation cancellation number. Kindly, send the cancellation information. I hope I do not have to draw this out for me to get satisfaction from the ScoreSense company. If not, then I will file legal actions and contact various social media, BBB, etc.
Tip for consumers:
Their website said $1.00 for 3 credit scores. They continued to charge $39.30 for now going on 6 months ($187.80). Total scam.

I got my scores easily but only by giving my credit card details, supposedly for a $1 refundable payment, but then only by also committing to a free week that defaults to a monthly charge. So -- NOT free as advertised.
