I bought my boyfriend clothes for his birthday for €71.99, he loved them, but boohoo took an additional €73.99 out of my bank, it's been 5/6 weeks and I'm still trying to get my money back, I'm being moved around in circles to different people in customer service. Nobody is actually helping me. I keep getting told that my refund will be in my bank in 7 working days but after the seven days there's no sign of it... I'm F*@king Fuming with them
