I purchased a dress from CoutureCandy and it arrived with shoe marks on the bottom of the dress along with dirt as if it had been dragged. In addition the dress was to have four jewels on the jacket. One had been ripped off (you can see the threads from the Jewel) the jacket.

It would be wise to look at the dress before it ships to make sure it is in good shape. I'm in the process of waiting for the claims dept. take back the dress and switch it for another one. I hope the new one is in better shape.

I tried to text with them as there was a link to do so. I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally left the chat. I found the phone number and called. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.
