I have complained to management and written pretty honest reviews about Fed Ex for about a year now. Reviews on Trust pilot and Site jabber. When is it ok to tell customers their items are on the truck for delivery and find out from the driver, your items were never put on the truck because there was not enough room. We wasted our day because of incompetent people and procedures just to be disappointed and pissed again. Well I am done. Here is a local phone number to the main facility. This will get you to the people/ managers in charge and you can voice your complaints. Maybe if enough of us harass them, they might just do their job. This is about the incompetence of management and their lack of ability to run the facility. We are their customers and if we didn't purchase from the companies that utilize them, they wouldn't have a job!
