There are signs and advertisements online about walk in availability for vaccines, including covid-19 vaccines. I walked into two different CVS pharmacies without an appointment and was turned away with the reply, " You have to have an appointment. We don't do walk-ins." When I try to use the online portal to make an appointment regardless of what zip code I put in, I'm referred to pharmacies that are nine to 15 mi away when the one two and three miles away from me doesn't come up. It's very difficult to make an appointment at a convenient location. Finally to watch two to three clerks walking around in the store while leaving the front counter so that the only option is self-checkout is absurd. You cannot purchase gift cards totaling more than $200 at a self-checkout, we are limited employees of CVS, ergo you actually need someone who works there to make the transaction for you. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to find anybody who works in the store to actually help you out anymore. I'm just not using CVS anymore. It's such a crapshoot when you go there. Then you all wonder why you're losing business to online stores or Amazon? Just open your eyes. Tell me your customer service matters to you.

I ordered 18 books for gifts. The price was so right I couldn't believe it. When I received the order, two books that were severely damaged and I was disappointed. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the two damaged books. It took a couple weeks longer but I ordered early so still on time for the event. Shipping takes a little bit longer but really not bad when you consider what you're paying for these books. I'm very satisfied

The issue is addressed immediately, I received a time they response by email and a replacement for the damaged books without an issue.

I ordered $53 order from Cupcakes & More and Nyima the driver delivered a box (can you guess - they were supposed to be cupcakes). The cupcakes were turned over, frosting near melted; a large glob of cake and mixed frosting... Happy Birthday indeed. The Bakery "well we put a liner/rack in the box, it's not our fault." The driver: "I put them in a cooler box, I have a clean heart." Well maybe turning a cupcake box on end to put it in a cooler was not the best move regardless of your heart. Bakery and driver with no apology - neither one bothered with an "I am so sorry." no, " let us make it right" -- a blame game. How nice they are both paid, grubhub gets the delivery fee and the damn driver gets a tip for poor service! I will never use either service again. Had some big birthdays and anniversaries coming up, I order for local businesses all the time - not going to be from Cupcakes and More.
