I am just starting the 3 week diet and have a few questions. I had sent you a message but i think i deleted it before i read it! Sorry!

-Can I use condiments and spices that are low in carbs. While on this diet?
-Also can i have diet pop?
-so is safe to say that you want to stay under 30 grams of carbs in a day?
-just looking for more things to eat and it didn't really go to much into those details in the book.

1. Yes you can use spices.
2. Yes, you can drink diet soda.
3. Yes, under 30 grams a day.
4. Tuna, chicken, salmon, avocado, nuts, wholemeal bread.

Spices are great! They are a great way to take in more nutrients while adding lots of flavor! Try to not drink diet soda. It is filled with artificial sweetener that is not good for you. Try adding slices of cucumber or lemon into your water. Sparkling water is another good substitute!
