So I finish phase 1 do the fast which is phase 2 what is the meal plan for week 2

High fat for 3 days is phase 3. Make sure you have 90% fat in every meal... then on to phase 4..

There is none: you just have to eat as much fat as possible, so mayonaise, avocados, butter, bacon, eggs with butter, that kind of stuff, and no more than about 900 calories a day. So get out the scale and weigh it all. Good luck!
