How do I get a refund for an item that was never received?
This is my second time calling (844)707-7779 and there really is no where to contact u. I ordered a JoMalone bathwash that never came but u sure took$
They had my credit card on file. I was looking at several items later. Next thing i knew it said thank you for your order
