It depends. You can get over night shipping, but it will cost more. The regular shipping should take about a week.
You'd be better off trying the over-night /2ed day shipping if you'd like it in a week. I'm in the states too and have had to wait about 2 weeks for basic delivery and still waiting 3 weeks later for another.
