How do I return a shirt that does not fit?

Still haven't got my order..been almost a month
I want to buy shirts for my hubby and 2 sons.All 3 are around 6' 1". Are your shirts long enough for tall&slender guys?
Do you typically make customers use PayPal to force the return of your wrong size, low quality items? Or was that just me?
