Sure. As soon as I started using Morning Complete I felt a boost in my body, from the first sip, right there I knew something took place. I knew to continue using the product. I felt my sluggishness decrease and energy started taking place. And I noticed I was eliminating more. I would eliminate three or more times a day, which is great! I needed that! I will continue to use this product! I highly recommend Morning Complete!
