On hold for over 7 minutes and CS closes in 9 more minutes

Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

I never had an issue with custom service, but informing any business that you will contact the BBB always seems to make things happen for the consumer.

I would dispute it through your bank and get your money back from the bank. This company does everything they can to keep your money!
