Placed an order on November 30th for cyper monday. I quicy got an email say I g my order has been confirmed but haven't gotten one saying my order shipped yet. All of keeps saying is items in stock. Will I get my stuff?

I have put my credit card in to order 3 times, once it went to a white screen and then went back a screen but knew all my information to enter. I see a lot of complaint but I have had a good experience before now. I have not received any confirmation on my order so do not know if it went through or if it charged me twice or more.
