Today I tried to bookflights with air express and after i finished entering all details i got the information my reservation is being processed, but is not yet confirmed.
How long does it take to get the confirmation?

Hi I have just booked a flight to perth Australia with you and have just received word from my son that he has to return home for business on those dates. Is it possible to get my fares refunded
I booked a flight and got a reservation confirmation but e-ticket. I was told when I called it could take up to 72hrs is this normal? Cos I always get, e-ticket ASAP
