It would be nice if Echo who responds to Alibaba negative feedback would leave her contact info. That way if Echo really wants to help she/he can or is it just another smoke screen by alibaba?

I dont know tchem but i had my "past" with alibaba supplyer and I won't use this web site ever again in my life. And I don't recommend anybody! Lost with them over £400!

If you buy pet products your pets will die. Do not buy them off ebay either cuz the seller got them from china himself, and then sells them to you!

Dont listen to what any one at alibaba says things like trade assurance means something totally different, its the worst I have seen. There are so many catches and they ask you to make so many videos and help bad companies steal your money. Better not to deal with them at all.
