I ordered October 21, still have not gotten my one wig order it's been a month now. Wanting my money back.

I ordered a wig but didn't get a tracking number, I need a status of my order
Why is this company still operating? Why don't people take heed of the reviews? Why don't people contact credit card company and despite payments.. I did this and got my full money refunded and gave away the bad quality wigs to charity. If everyone done this, this sound go out of business.
I'm trying to buy a Miley Cyrus wig and was wondering is the wig the same ass the picture same style and cut
I ordered hair extensions from them a few days ago and I have not yet received the email saying my order has been shipped. When I tried calling the customer service line they seem like they can't hear me and then after a few seconds they hang up. Did I get ripped off? Will I get my order?
