In many ways, i think so. they want to to pay for broken services. the point system is pure bait-and-switch because you sometimes don't get the points they promised and customer service plays dumb when you e-mail them about it.

I was a gold member for many years, many years ago. i am prepared to become a gold or higher-pay member - but i hear a lot of negative reports about the service now. i tried to sign up again and thought i did - to a handle i want - but now i cannot get into it and it is only now showing as 'unavailable' can we start with that? is this name - available to me? my email is 420shadesofgreene@gmail.com i thought i had set up 420shadesofgreene as my handle at alt - (or perhaps without the e at the end? can you sort that out - then we'll see if i rejoin as a gold or premium member again thanks joe

Why are members allowed to change/edit/update their date of birth (a legal, never-changing fact)? by allowing members to change/edit/update their dob, friendfinder networks is not only providing the means for (and condoning) fraudulent activity, but violating their very own tos in the process.
